And what was even better was that because it came with different attachments for different phones , some of my other folks in my group could use it too. Will definitely take this with me on any other prolonged camping/fishing/hiking trip.

The concept of this product is great, a battery operated charge for Samsung Rogue because it dies so quickly and it allows you to charge on the go. Well my 1st order came defective but the company replaced it right away no questions asked via email on their website. The charger charges the phone but I notcied after prolonged charging it seems to "fry" the phone. Then it makes this faint beeping noise and shuts off, defeating the whole purpose of fully charging the phone. This is my 2nd review of product just to follow up. At this point I'll just be looking into a new phone as this phone has run its course and wasn't very good to be begin with.

(More customer reviews)I like to listen to music when I go camping but often run out of battery life on my pioneer inno. I thought this would be a decent product to own so that I would be able to continue to listen to music. It uses four AA batteries. I used two sets of rechargeable batteries (fully charged) to test it out and both times the radio continued to play for a little over an hour. So it's not a bad product but I guess I was foolish in thinking that the 4 AA batteries would give me a couple of hours of juice, not just one.
If I had to do it over, for the price, I would pass.

(More customer reviews)i use this product very often. Especially it works great in Garmin'pedestrian' mode. Use it in the forest when hiking. But sometimes connection between extender and Garmin too weak. Therefore I have to use scotch to keep both items together.

(More customer reviews)If you have a Nikon CoolPix 880 you MUST have this battery. The EL-1 will keep you camera running for about 2 hours and can be recharge with the Nikon AC Adaptor/Charger.
You would better served if you pick up two of these so one can be chargeing while the other is in use. Lots of power packed into a tiny unit. Save the landfills and use a rechargable.
Also this product can save you lots of money, as the standard battery is about $12 to replace.
