The extender stopped the screensaver of my kindle running and accelerated the consumption of the battery, and all the books in my kindle are no longer openable. That's what happened to one of my kindle. The other kindle stops working and gets stuck in screensaver mode. No matter how much i slide power button and press other buttons, it does not work all the way.
